"I find it extremely important in this day and age, for people to become involved in their own health care. My training has a strong traditional health care focus mixed with a sound background in a number of complementary medicine techniques. My degree nursing students receive instruction in both traditional and complementary health care to equip their clients with the best possible health care possible. Holistic medicine provides a wide assortment of techniques from around the world to afford a repertoire of healing modes that can be adopted to suit each unique individual. On this site, I intend to provide valuable information, resources and tools to help you make informed choices about the health and healing practices which will best suit your lifestyle and personal preferences."

"I have engaged in the a diverse group of practices including visualization, music therapy, therapeutic touch, meditation, affirmations, herbal medicine, nutrition, fitness and life planning for the past 26 years for personal healing, self-development, pain control, and spiritual development. This has included conducting workshops, writing articles, and providing personal instruction to clients in a wide array of intentional healing techniques since 1985. The process of self initiated healing has become a recognized and widely supported goal within the traditional and nontraditional health care systems. . I am eager to share the many wonderful techniques and practices of this evolving science, to help you, the reader, become comfortable with the procedures and to apply this worthwhile endeavor to your daily life."
