Most coaches charge $100 to $200 US per hour. At Healing Intent we aim to offer comparable, quality coaching economically. You pay much less for holistic, health promoting coaching in the privacy of your own home! We also offer a wide choice of coaching delivery methods, including email, postal mail, Skype (web or iPad), web-based, or chatroom (web). Each deivery method includes:

• INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE: includes your "Introduction to Coaching" manual, workbook and contract.
  
  
• SESSIONS with your coach using the delivery style and frequency that suits your lifestyle
  
  
• SESSION SUMMARY AND "HOMEWORK": After each session, you will receive a personal SUMMARY that will include exercises, affirmations, "plans for the week" with worksheets to help you to work through issues and problems, as well as goal-setting, brain-storming and manifestation "homework" to help you move forward between sessions.
  
  
• MANUALS: Ongoing manuals and materials to address the life areas you particularly wish to work on.

Monthly Fees: $199 USD for weekly e-mail exchange.

Postal Mail Coaching:

Dialogue is shared using printed materials, through mailed exchanges between you and your coach. This method works well for clients who do not like using technology for interchange, enjoy expressing themselves using worksheets and letter writing, and who want paper-based materials to reflect on what they share with their coach regularly. Session summaries and homework will be mailed weekly for you to work on.

Monthly Fees: $199 USD for weekly postal mail exchange.

Skype Coaching (web or iPad)

Interactive sessions are arranged for real-time phone and video dialogue with your coach. This method suits clients who enjoy using Skype, are independent, and desire a fluid interchange during the coaching sessions. One hour long sessions are arranged to suit your schedule.

Fee Structure:

• Monthly: $75/month USD
• Biweekly: $140/month USD
• Weekly: $250/month USD
• Twice Weekly: $399/month USD

Monthly Fees: $299 USD for your own workspace and custom materials.

Private Chatroom Coaching:

Interactive sessions are arranged for on-line, real-time, typed dialogue with your coach. This method suits clients who enjoy on-line chats, are independent, and desire a printed record of the coaching sessions. One hour long sessions are arranged to suit your schedule.

• Biweekly: $90 USD
• Weekly: $160 USD
• Twice Weekly: $280 USD
